CLINICAL PILATES
We use pilates as a movement and exercise rehab tool. Pilates can be tailored to get you moving at any stage of your rehab journey. It can also be used to prevent injury, and compliment your other sport and training by bringing awareness to your movement patterns and neuromuscular timings.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Out of pain and moving well, but not quite ready to jump back into sport yet. This is where we bridge the gap between rehab and performance. You'll be guided through your individual program, in a class capped at 5 people.

PRIVATE MOVEMENT COACHING
This is for individuals who want that extra attention to detail to expedite their progress even quicker. These sessions are a perfect way to help you rebuild your confidence moving in your body, especially id you are managing chronic pain , or are recovering from surgery.
