Cancellation Policy
We get it—cancellation policies aren’t anyone’s favourite topic.
That said, our time is valuable, and as you know, we only earn when clients attend their sessions. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it tough to keep things running smoothly.
Missed or Late Cancellations
Missed appointments or late cancellations limit our ability to offer that time to other clients who need care. To help us continue providing quality service, we ask that you do your best to keep your appointments and arrive on time.
Cancellation Fees
Missed Appointments: The full appointment fee will be charged if you don’t show up without prior notice.
Cancellations with More Than 12 Hours’ Notice: No fees apply if you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations with Less Than 12 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In genuine cases of unforeseen circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee.
Same-Day Rescheduling
If you’re able to reschedule your appointment to another time on the same day (pending availability), no cancellation fee will be charged.
